Chiumento Law Names Two Partners

Palm Coast, Fla. – Michael Chuimento III, Managing Partner, is pleased to announce that attorneys Diane Vidal and Vincent Sullivan have been named partners of the Chiumento Law firm.

“Attorneys Diane Vidal and Vincent Sullivan both worked tirelessly and diligently to prove their vested interest in becoming partners of this firm.” Said Michael Chiumento III, “I can’t think of two better people to take on this responsibility of the firm and continue representing our clients.”

Vidal has been with Chiumento Law since 2018 and Sullivan since 2017. Both members are active in the community and dedicated to the community and their clients.

Vidal is triple-barred in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. She leads Estate Planning and the Probate department of the firm. Vidal is the recipient of the 2022 Women in Business Civil Leader Award by the Daytona Beach News-Journal, for her dedication to our community. In 2022, Vidal was also named as on of the Women of the Month by the Portuguese American Leadership Council of the United States (PALCUS). She is the current 2023 Flagler County Bar Association President and the Vice President for the Professional Women of Flagler County.

Sullivan, a Juris Doctor recipient of 2015 from Florida Coastal School of Law, is a native of Flagler County. His area of focus is Real Estate and Consumer Defense for the firm. Sullivan is involved in the Flagler County Bar Association, St. Johns County Legal Aid, and Flagler County Education Foundation where he serves as the Chair for the Governance Committee, Flagler County Tiger Bay, Board Member for the Young Executive Committee, NextUp Flagler, Code Enforcement Board for the City of Palm Coast, Board Member, St. Augustine American Inns of Court, Barrister and serves as an Alternate Member for the Flagler County Value Adjustment Board.
