Mr. Pycraft received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Grace College, and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Pycraft is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the St. Johns County Bar Association.

Mr. Pycraft is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the St. Johns County Bar Association. He has experience with cases involving foreclosure defense, predatory lending, commercial and corporate contracts, employment, and real estate law, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Mr. Pycraft previously worked as a real estate agent (5 years) and as a mortgage loan originator (2 years). With insight garnered from these experiences, Mr. Pycraft understands the needs of homeowners and real estate investors.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Mr. Pycraft received the Pro Bono Award presented by St. Johns County Legal Aid in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 for donating over 100 hours of pro bono legal service each year. He was also named Jacksonville Area Legal Aid’s Pro Bono Attorney of the month in December, 2013, for his dedication to pro bono service as part of his firm’s philosophy.
