PERSONAL HISTORY
Paul brings more than 17 years of dedicated legal experience to Chiumento Law. Before joining the firm, he founded and managed his own law practice in St. Augustine, Florida, representing hundreds of clients in probate administration, probate litigation, estate planning, guardianship matters, and elder law. His work focused on guiding families through complex legal transitions, preserving legacies, and creating tailored plans that provide peace of mind.
In addition to his private practice experience, Paul has served in senior leadership and supervisory roles with the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, both in the U.S. and overseas. In these roles, he advised commanders, trained attorneys, and provided legal services to active-duty service members and retirees, including estate planning and related legal support.
At Chiumento Law, Paul’s practice centers on helping individuals and families throughout Volusia and Flagler counties with thoughtful, strategic legal guidance in matters of probate, estate planning, guardianship, and elder law.
When he’s not advocating for clients, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in the community.
